The Snowball 2021 in person event is cancelled!
We are so very sorry to inform you that, due to the Covid-19 situation and new restrictions announced yesterday by the Swedish government and health authorities, we are forced to cancel The Snowball 2021.

The new restrictions are effective and ongoing from 23 December, detailed on the following website:

We are working hard to see if it is still possible to run an online event with all live classes from 27th-30th December. If we can, you will be able to join our classes from anywhere in the world.

A separate announcement will be made about this very shortly.

Welcome to the Snowball 2021, we will follow Swedish Government regulations and recommendations throughout the event.

This year you can choose to attend the Snowball in person or online, if you attend in person we will require proof of double-vaccination (passport or similar). More information on Public health agency of Sweden.  Here you can find more information on gatherings indoors.
If you plan to travel to Sweden please read the information provided by Swedish government before you book a ticket.

If you do not feel comfortable social dancing with others, you can limit your dancing to a fixed partner/solo or your own smaller social circle.

We request that you follow general hygiene measures:
If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you should stay at home even if the symptoms are mild and even if you are vaccinated.

Wash or sanitize your hands frequently, especially before and after class and in between dances.

Cough or sneeze into your elbow.

Bring your own water bottle.

The Snowball cancellation policy:
In case we have to cancel the event due to force majeure we will refund you minus a 25% administrative cost.

If you are not allowed to travel due to government restrictions, we will refund you minus a 25% administrative cost.

We will not be able to refund costs such as housing, transport and other expenses related to your planned visit to The Snowball.

It is not possible to guarantee everyone’s safety at a large indoor event while the pandemic is still ongoing, even with safety measures in place, if you attend the Snowball you should be aware and accept there are still risks involved in attending despite our efforts.
