Airport transfer
Commuter train to Solna Station:
From Arlanda Airport to Solna station every 30 minutes. Tickets cost ca 169 SEK and the journey takes 30 min.

Directions when you get off the train:
Walk in the opposite direction of where the train came from, follow the signs on the platform towards Mall of Skandinavia or Friends Arena. As you exit the station turn left, you would most likely be able to see the big shopping mall. Unless you want to enjoy some fresh (cold cold) air you can walk through the mall, When you exit the mall you will have the Friends Arena in front of you, walk to the right following that stadium and you will find the hotel. You will have to do a "left and right" as you approach the hotel to get to the main entrance.

Keep this in mind! If you request directions from Google maps from the Solna station, it will suggest to take the other exit which is far longer and the walk will be much longer.

Buss:
Flygbussarna operates a bus from Arlanda terminal 5 to Haga Norra, tickets cost 100 - 120 SEK and the journey takes 37 min.
