Is the New Years Eve Dance included in the price for the workshop & nights?
Yes, and so is the twelve a clock toast. The dinner is not included thought.

Is there an evening package that includes the evening dances and New Year?
Yes, we do offer the "Bronze pass = Nights only". It cost 1 500 SEK. That includes all 7 nights of dancing (including the New Years dance).

Can I buy tickets for the evening dances at the door?
Yes, you will be able to buy tickets at the door for every night as long as there is space left. See prices on the Register page. Just remember that we might sell out and then there will be no tickets at the door.

Where will the evening dances be held?
At Clarion Sign Hotel, Östra Järnvägsgatan 35, close to Centralstation in Stockholm. Have a look at the "parties" page. OBS! The last party, on the 1st of January, will be somewhere else. More info about that soon.

Workshop
Will there be audition for lindy hop advanced and balboa advanced level?
Yes, in the preliminary schedule posted soon are the time for auditions included.

Is there changing rooms at all the workshop venues?
No.

Can I choose both lindy and balboa at the same time?
Yes, but only if you are Intermediate/Advanced or above.

Can I attend the taster classes if I choose balboa?
Yes, the taster classes will be scheduled so that students choosing either balboa or lindy can attend them.

Do you have a schedule for The Snowball?
A preliminary schedule will soon be posted on the 'classes' page.

Where will the workshops be held?

Travel
Do you plan to arrange for dancers to stay at a nearby Stockholm Hotel?
Yes, we have worked out a good deal with Clarion Sign Hotel. Look at the travel page for more information.

What are the typical weather conditions in Stockholm for the 26 December - 2 January?
Normally it is cold in Stockholm at this time. There might be (hopefully) snow and the temperature varies between 0 to minus 15 degrees (Celsius).

Can I pay cash when I arrive to the camp?
No, your registration will not be complete until payment is received. Payment should be fully paid 10 days after booking, or your booking will be subject to cancelling to make place for other bookings.

Do you refund if I can't come?
NO, there will be no refunds what so ever. But we do suggest everyone to buy the event insurance that we offer.
